Our client is a highly specialized technology service provider in the field of digital process automation for complex mobility and logistics solutions. To further expand its technological leadership, they are seeking a Lead Developer (m/f/d) TypeScript & TanStack to start as soon as possible. In this role, you will take on a central key function within an agile team of experts and play a decisive role in shaping the architecture and long-term technological strategy of their scalable cloud platform.
Note:Deepexpertise in TypeScript, React, and the TanStack ecosystemis a mandatoryrequirementforthisposition.
Your Responsibilities:
Holistic Conception and Development of features within a modern TypeScript stack, with a particular focus on the TanStack ecosystem (Query, Router, Table) and Fastify.
Ownership of Software Architecture and the implementation of clean, maintainable code structures (Clean Code).
Technical Mentoring and guidance of team members through code reviews and pair programming.
Continuous Optimization of CI/CD pipelines and ensuring high test coverage using Vitest and Playwright.
Technology Evaluation: Selecting and evaluating new technologies as well as the productive integration of AI-powered development tools.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with Software Architects and Product Owners to implement complex domain models.
Your Qualifications:
Core Requirements: Proven, deep practical experience in TypeScript and React is essential.
TanStack Mastery: Strong proficiency in the TanStack ecosystem (State Management, Server State, and Routing) is a prerequisite.
Educational Background: Successfully completed vocational training or a degree with an IT focus.
Full-Stack Expertise: Comprehensive experience in full-stack development (Frontend & Backend).
Backend Skills: Solid knowledge of Node.js frameworks such as Fastify or comparable technologies.
Quality Mindset: A strong awareness of quality assurance, testing strategies, and automated deployment processes.
Communication: Strong communication skills in German and English.
