KYC Analyst (m/f/d)

For an internationally operating company in the financial services and securities industry, we are looking for a KYC Analyst (m/f/d) at the Frankfurt am Main location. The company provides services and solutions for international financial markets and works with a broad international client base. In this role, you will support client onboarding activities, manage KYC documentation and communicate closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Client Onboarding team throughout the client documentation lifecycle, including onboarding, account openings and account modifications
• Communicate directly with international clients regarding the collection and validation of client documentation
• Retrieve, verify and process documents required for client onboarding
• Conduct high-level reviews of KYC-related information and documentation
• Monitor onboarding activities and maintain an overview of ongoing processes
• Handle complex inquiries and manage a high volume of requests accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and maintain activity statistics using Excel and Jira
• Contribute to process analyses and support the implementation of process improvements
• Collaborate with various internal departments and international clients

Your Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, client service or a comparable function
• Experience with AML/KYC documentation is a strong advantage
• Strong client orientation and excellent communication skills
• Ability to understand new processes and procedures quickly and connect relevant information
• Very good organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy
• Confident handling of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Experience with Jira is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage
• Ability to work independently and effectively in an international team environment
• Availability and earliest possible starting date should be stated in the application
