Einleitung
Are you an experienced project manager (m/f/d) with sound knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and looking for a new challenge? Then you've come to the right place!
We are currently looking for a qualified Project Manager (m/f/d) in a 100% remote position with a renowned company in the pharmaceutical industry. You will have the flexibility to work from home, however a willingness to travel is required to visit our sites in Frankfurt, Waterford, Amsterdam and Paris.
Must-Have:
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory (60% communication in French)
- Several years of professional experience in international project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of GXP processes
Aufgaben
- Detailed project plan for the first GMP pilot rollout planned in Q4 2024
- Coordination of the core team and all dependent workstreams and the defined steps
- Coordination and set up of all necessary meetings
- Coordianation of a monthly SteerCo
- Ensure that the project is on track. Track all actions and milestones and manage dependencies to other workstrdeams and projects (e.g. LIMS replacement).
- Report progress and status. Escalate issues and risks to the Operational committee
- Management Expectations of users and managers from the company
- Help to build longterm roadmap on GMP deployments
Anforderungen
- Professional in Project Management
- Knowledge in GXP processes
- Able to manage project with large scope, involving large groups
- Knowledge in Pharma, Development activities
- Knowledge in Digital
- Aware of agile methodology and / or certified Scrum Master would be a plus
- English fluent, French fluent, German useful
