Einleitung
Currently, we are looking for an Expert (m/f/d) in Product Safety for a globally operating specialty chemicals company at our Darmstadt location, to start immediately. Aufgaben
- You will work for REACH and REACH-like registrations (KKDIK, UK-REACH, etc.) and support local hubs (e.g., Korea, India) for K-REACH, India REACH, etc.
- You will monitor the development of chemical regulations worldwide and examine the effects for the area you are working on
- You will be in close contact with colleagues from other departments such as from Business Lines, Production, Research/Development or Application Technology
- You will work together in an agile, interdisciplinary team of product stewardship nationally and internationally
- You work for the data maintenance of our substances within database systems such as SAP
- You will help to constantly optimize and develop our internal processes across locations
Anforderungen
- Successfully completed university degree in the field of chemistry, biology, chemical engineering or comparable
- Excellent knowledge of organic and polymerchemistry
- Knowledge of chemicals legislation (national, REACH and REACH-like and international chemicals legislation e.g. USA) as well as practical experience with this
- Hands-on experience with data maintenance in SAP-EHS
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Self-reliant, communicative, structured and independent way of working
- You are a team player
